We are an independent wealth management firm in Fort Worth. We have been around for over 30 years and were looking for rebranding and assistance with updated copy on our brochure and website. I called their office and completed their online Contact Us profile, but I never heard from them. I guess we don't fit into their niche, but I figured at least a call from them letting us know they couldn't help would have been nice. I called to let them know we decided to move in a different direction and to alert them to the lack of communication. I was told they would pass it up to management. Very disappointing.
