Cannot say enough good things about our Ress. I was recommended to them by a family member after purchasing my X1. They are great and don't ever make you feel pressured. They are honest and efficient with their work. My most recent visit for my routine maintenance included an extra surprise as they lowered their price to better match competition. It is the little things like this that mean the most!

I cannot speak highly enough about this shop. We had an issue with a repair at another garage that wanted to charge us $1100 for their mess up. We told them to forget it and had it towed to Ress. Ress not only checked to make sure the repair was done correctly they also checked other systems we had concerns with and installed a new serpentine belt...all free of charge. They are the hard to find, honest, very reputable repair shop. They have created fans and customers for life.

This place is great. Completely honest and know what they are doing. Had to have some work done on my 428 and Andrew took care of me. He is awesome and very knowledgeable. I’ve been taking mine to the dealership, but not anymore, Ress is just better in every way. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service and friendly staff. They were quick to evaluate what needed to be fixed on the car and provide a solution that seemed fair in price. They were quick to complete the repairs and communicated well to keep me updated. Overall would recommend them highly if you want a reputable mechanic to fix your car.

Ress Motor Works replaced my oil pan and oil pan gasket in summer of 2022, they were courteous and well-priced for this job. I live on the south side and have Dreyer and Reinbold do my oil changes. Upon the last change about 2 weeks ago the technician notified me with a video that my oil pan appeared to have a leak. The service writer there mentioned it may be residual. I called Ress Motor Works and they were extremely friendly and helpful, even though the labor was now just outside the 12 month, 12,000 miles, they still found time to take a deeper look free of charge and were able to confirm it was in fact residual and not an active leak. Ress certainly eased some of my mind and their customer service was much appreciated. This is a great place for BMWs and I'm glad a friend of mine had me look them up for the original work I needed done. Thank you!

Very professional shop. They are quick and honest, and very communicative. Unlike many other places, I didn't have to call them for an update. They called me and kept me informed the whole time. Will definitely bring my car back to them in the future.

I had electrical issues and they were very helpful with resolving my issues. Dropped my car off and it was ready the next day. They are very personable and offer very good advice on all repairs. Don’t be afraid to bring your BMW to Ress Motor Works. They are very competent and knowledgeable. Mechanic that are good with electrical issues are very difficult to find especially with BMW’s. I took a leap of faith and it has paid off. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!!
