I’m writing this in hopes someone in leadership sees it. On Wednesday Aug 21 I did a pre screen interview and later that day I was asked for a second interview. I agreed on a time of 10am and was told a manager would call me before scheduled time and no one did. I waited until 10:30 am. You will see in the message's I was then asked to do an interview on Monday at 10am. I waited again today and shockingly no one called. I have been in high level management for 22 years with world leading companies and the lack of professionalism and leadership in this company is shocking. Beware of doing business or employment with Pierre Enterprise

SCAM alert! I have had 2 Zoom calls interviewing for a Marketing position with this company. I think they are probably a DevilCorp, trying to rope me into a pyramid scheme. They want to sign up for a "training program". They whole thing seems super fishy. They claim to work with Costco and AT&T and to be the NUMBER ONE seller of iPhones. I have not been able to verify any of that, but I would proceed with caution if you are interviewing with them. I think they are praying on vulnerable young unemployed people. Beware of any job that doesn't require a college degree and promises an entry level salary over $68k

I went into Sam’s in Denham Springs to buy some supplies. James introduced himself to me and welcomed me to the store with an amazing attitude. He asked about my current service and device. I was interested in upgrading and was hesitant to do it due to cost. He expressed that the cost is very affordable. He did a through job making sure my account was secure before accessing it. He reviewed my options and showed me I was able to purchase two phones for my wife and I at the lowest prices of $5 a month combined. He let me know about additional savings as well. I was so excited I wanted to upgrade my current device I recently got but he advised it would be best to hold off due to it will cost more and his goal was to save me money. Overall James was very professional, knowledgeable, caring, and understanding to my need. I really appreciate his service.

Walked into Sam’s Club today, just to get food and got surprised with such a good new years deal. Amazing customer service, without a doubt. We spoke to Jaylon Pierre and he was a man with a plan, hooked us up and got us the best deals available with AT&T.

Only 3 stars because the rep was cool nice guy but needs a lot of training. He was also dealing with my husband and 5 other people at the same time can be a bit confusing for anyone. I had to call in to activate it which was hell … plus nothing was on the account no plans and no phones attached to the number … he was a good rep but needs more training
