I called on Friday late afternoon, 5 to be exact, and had the pleasure of speaking to Anessa ! She explained the process in detail and ran credit. I received a call back on Monday with a approval ? I was being negative thinking about what's the catch was!" We had an appointment for Tuesday and we closed on Tuesday . The whole process took 1 half days . I would totally recommend Anessa with One Main. Remember, everyone's circumstances are different, and not everyone can be helped.
Also, while we were in a meeting and Aneesa left her desk , we overheard Holly speaking with a customer who just had a accident , we gave her an A+ way she handled the situation . Holly was very concerned and empathetic toward the customer.
Now, no one approached us and asked us to provide this review.

The personnel at One Main Financial are nothing short of Awesome. The ease of applying online is great, fast. I received a call back within an hour of applying, the next day I was finalizing the loan. and here's the best part. The money hit the bank within an hour from closing on the loan. It's hassle free lending at its best.

I applied for a small loan. It was approved added all my documentation and information they needed just needed to complete my interview. I have the interview they tell me the only loan they have is a 22,000 dollar loan. I told him I don’t want that I wanted the smaller loan I applied for. He then tells me you don’t qualify for the loan because I finance my truck and I do t have enough equity. I asked him for so for the small loan I don’t have enough equity. He says no the 22,000. I repeat I only want the smaller loan. He says well your denied so I can’t do any loan for you and say ok have a nice day and hangs up. Why do they have different loans run my credit approve me then change my loan and say I can only apply for a 22,000 loan then hang up. So unprofessional and what a scam I could be understand the guy because he barely spoke English. Now that’s on my credit and it affected my score. Do not ever apply for anything with this company. Very deceptive business practices. Apply online and get approved after submitting everything except your blood type then get a phone call from someone who must be a minimum wage employee who looks at a screen and cannot figure anything out him/herself but only goes by what their system tells them. Won't include household income. Ask you for collateral ie title to vehicle then say they don't do collteralized loans with a manager stating we are not in the repo business. if so then why as for collateral!!! Go elsewhere for your loans!!!!

So I decided to go to my local branch instead of online and I'm glad I did the people that helped me and even the people that didn't help me were great. Everyone was so plesent and the process couldn't have been smoother. I could have done without all the calls but without them I probably wouldn't have gone there. So with that said if your considering using them I recommend going there in person. I doubt you will disappointed.

It wasn’t a pleasure to work with Anissa Bidot. From the time we walked in to the time we left she was very rude and unpleasant. I’m not sure if she was just having an off day but the customer service was terrible.

The process was very smooth and the customer service great. I like the fact that I have a local site to go to in person (even though I handle my transactions online ) it’s good to know that they are close by. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!
