The entire staff at this dealership is so professional, so helpful, and honestly the best group of people we’ve ever had the pleasure of purchasing (now) multiple Toyotas from. I had a bad experience with one of the guys who you check in with when you get your oil charged.the guy had no emotion/was flat and dry. I was so pissed when I left there that I was like I am never going back to Mark Toyota!! But, by God’s good Grace I got Heather on the phone. Heather is my people she cared and listened. Heather you are a truly caring human being and I know you meant every word!! When I checked in the 2nd time I had the pleasure of working with Brian! Brian you made me laugh and I could tell there was nothing phony about you. Big thank you to Heather and Brian !!

This is the 2nd vehicle we've purchased from Mark Toyota and we're thrilled to continue our relationship with them. The pricing on the cars and our trade in was fair, the buying process is easy, and we left with a great deal on my new (used) Highlander. Was there for over 2 hrs for an oil change on my 2024 Toyota Tundra on a Thursday afternoon. Parked the truck for the weekend on grass while camping and didn't realize until Sunday when we got home that it was leaking oil. When i checked the oil level it was barely hitting the bottom of the stick. I had to go and buy more oil just to be able to get back to their shop 52 miles from home. Ridiculous. You had one job!!!
