Chris from Mark the Plumber came out to replace my water heater, they were very responsive and had it fixed within 24 hours of my knowing it went bad! Thanks for fitting us in and solving our sudden problem. Nice model with a 1 year parts and labor warranty and an extended 5 years on parts for the unit. They killed it!

A very nice guy who came highly recommended and gave a reasonable quote after an excrutiatingly long wait. I first contacted them in mid April, got a quote in mid May and found out in early June that they cannot do work until late August. He was one of the few plumbers to even call back, so it may not be unusual in the area, but it is very disappointing.

They are not welcome back at my home. They did exactly opposite of what I asked and charged me up the ***on the spot! Their costumer service, the woman answering the phone, was the worst I’ve received since moving to Fort. Terrible!
