Dr Bell is rude as hell. He's the type who knows everything about everything and absolutely refuses to listen to anything patients have to say about their medical history that doesn't fit into his narrow minded and biased opinions. Not only will he make it clear he doesn't believe you, he will attempt to ridicule you in the process. The staff was courteous and helpful.

STEER CLEAR OF THIS DOCTOR AND HIS ASSISTANTS! As a first time patient I made an appt with Dr. Bell recently and showed up and I was told Id actually be seeing Physician assistant MELISSA CRAWFORD I was not happy about that as I made the appt with Dr. Bell but I went with it due to the severe ear issues I was having I urgently needed to see an ear specialist. Melissa the PA made my already difficult situation even worse. Melissa was NOT personable and showed ZERO empathy. She hurried through the appt and was unreceptive and very dismissive of my and my husbands input. When cleaning my ears she was overly aggressive as if she was cleaning out the sink drain! She told me my hearing test was normal and when we asked questions of her that she could not answer she would just redirect and therefore our questions were NEVER answered. She completely DISMISSED innumerous symptoms I had been having that I DID mention to her multiples times and documented them on my registration papers as well symptoms that should have not been ignored as Ive seen 2 other doctors now and an audiologist and they are very disturbed that symptoms were ignored and my hearing test is in FACT IS NOT NORMAL! To top off her awful bedside manner she lied multiple times in her report of my appt! This PA Melissa Crawford got up and actually abandoned my appt leaving my husband and myself sitting there but her report states we got upset and left and made rude comments as we left which are TOTAL LIES! I was treated very poorly here and will be filing complaints to the appropriate people. What we need when we go to a doctor is someone who is understanding and most of all empathetic. Melissa did not display either of these. THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Id like to also add if you go here or any doctor always audio or video record the appt I ALWAYS do!

Very friendly staff and DR. Bell gives it to You straight! He even told Me My ears were "too clean". Haha. I found it to be a great visit.

I have been to see Dr. Bell several times and I highly recommend him and his staff! If you don’t want a doctor who cares about his patients, explains things to you, doesn’t sugarcoat it, gives you a plan to get better I definitely wouldn’t go to him.! And definitely don’t go to him if you don’t like a doctor who is pleasant (never rude) and even has a little sense of humor.

The scheduler named Heidi got what I said all twisted up and it made the doctor upset and he called me up and chewed me out. They never returned my call for scheduling a procedure. Very unprofessional I thought. But I believe in e explaining and getting things cleared up. Let’s see if they will

Staff was decent, doctor was rude and not helpful. I wouldn’t recommend coming.
