My order got caught in US customs, but after contacting the Director of Operations everything was more than satisfactory resolved. One radiator was damaged in transit by FedEx and upon showing pictures, they sent out a replacement. More than happy with their response to a difficult situation.

I ordered a radiator on 24th July.
Bestheating web site stated 5-10 days for delivery and at check out, I was offered the opportunity to select a specific delivery date which I took for a small additional charge.
A few days later I was contacted by Best Heating and told that "PayPal" had offered me the list of delivery dates and that the date I had selected was not possible as my radiator required painting and would take a few days longer to arrive.( 7-14 days.)
Whilst I accept that radiators which need to be sent away for painting will take longer to arrive, I don't accept this company trying to blame PayPal for allowing me to select an unachievable delivery date.
I eventually received notification that my radiator was going to be delivered on Tuesday 11th August and arranged to take time off work to accomodate this delivery date.
Then received another email on the evening of Monday 10th, stating my radiator was not going to be delivered until Thursday 13th!!
NOT ACCEPTABLE!
My radiator eventually arrived on 13th August, which was 20 days after I ordered it!! ( not 7-14 days)
Don't trust this company and would never order from them again--there are far more reliable and efficient radiator suppliers than these.
Be warned.

My ordered radiator reach my local depot in Hinckley, Leicestershire then got sent to Dumfries in Scotland, and is now missing!

I emailed the company to be sen5 tracking info from dpd, that said there was local delivery problem. The company haven’t qualified why my order was sent to scotland or chased their courier. I wish i ordered elsewhere and definitely won’t use these cowboys again, nor recommend them!

Ich hatte einen Artikel falsch bestellt, obwohl die Rücksendefrist bereits schon seit längerem ausgelaufen war, wurde mir kulanter Weise eine Retoure genehmigt, sogar kostenlos. Super Service und die Reaktionszeit über den Email-Kontakt ist super, immer am gleichen Tag eine Antwort erhalten. Da können sich viele mal ein Beispiel nehmen. Top!
