GRM has been our development agency for some months allowing us to provide an improved service to our clients. I have been particularly impressed with the level of customer service and support we receive from developers to managers.

However a shining example i'd like to share is yesterday one of our sites went down unexpectedly, and GRM not only stepped in swiftly to support, but went above and beyond, voluntarily worked through the night to get the site backup but more importantly give us a detailed explanation of the cause and how we can avoid these situations in the future.
