The yard looks like a bomb was dropped on it. 4 loading docks but good luck getting in and out without getting someone to move or there crap moved out the way.
Forget any delivery appointment they were queued on the street trying to get in when I left.

I am a new lawncare business that started buying from this company last year, 2023. I had a few bags of fertilizer left that I planned to use this year. Unfortunately, the area where I kept the fertilizer had a minor flood and damaged two bags. I called and spoke with David (Manager) to see if he could do anything, and his immediate response was NO, I can't do anything with them. It was disappointing because you made the product there, which cost you very little. An exchange or a discount would keep a customer happy and a "repeat customer." These bags were never opened, and my returning throughout the year and beyond is how your business continues to make money and keep a satisfied customer. I would understand an issue exchanging quite a few damaged bags, but for only two damaged ones, as a manager, you should have said come on in, and I will see what I can do. It is apparent repeat business is not essential to you, so I will take my business elsewhere.

Have been purchasing falcons blend and this year blend changed.
Two cultivers i coulden't find info on, falcon supreme and falcon h2o. Called colfax location and spoke with gentleman who said i
have no info on those two cultivers. Asked are they good for heat strees, drought stress, brown patch resistant, insect resistant, dark green color or light, fine leaf texture or large, growth characteristics. He said i don't know anything about those. Won't purchase from company who can't descibe what they are selling.

Very disappointed with counter sales at the Colfax office. Young man there likes to play games with prices. I will never return. If you are a very large volume buyer I am sure this is the place for you and if not you will do better elsewhere.

I have asked them 2 different questions regarding what can be used to tackle certain problems only to have 2 different people say "I don't know, have to tried NC state ag for anwsers".! I mean they sell lawn products and are suppose to know. Not tell me to go look for answers elsewhere.
