Our company required rebranding services which included the design of a refreshed logo and its application across all relevant internal and public-facing administrative and marketing materials, coupled with the delivery of our company’s first-ever branding guidelines and finally, a communication strategy to effectively launch the campaign to our employees and other stakeholders across multiple channels. Our team had a vision in mind and the entire Eloquent team were intuitive, understanding and insightful to our needs. They were accommodating, informative and proactive from the very start which gave way to a smooth and efficient delivery. There was guidance, transparency, and an open channel of communication, and this importantly transpired to our employees and stakeholders being receptive to the branding changes that were put into place as an outcome. Notably to this day, we haven’t gotten over the clean and refreshed look of our company logo, appealing working templates and documents, email signatures, and the brand image that represents our company!

My experience started when I requested Eloquent to update my website and complete a market segment analysis for my property business. From the first meeting, the guys were very keen to understand my business intimately and gave us some great pointers before completing the segment analysis and updating our website to match the findings. Our website certainly improved along with our client responses. Having worked with a lot of digital marketing agencies, I would say Eloquent is the best digital marketing agency we have experienced. We are now requesting Eloquent to update the second stage or our website along with Google ad words. Looking forward to the results! Sean is fantastic to deal with and answers my emails at times that most other people are sleeping! He has also come up with quite a few one line gems for our business. Such a creative mind.
