Dr. Edward's & entire staff are GREAT! I've had some very bad dental experiences in the past. But I've been to doctor Edward's office 4 times over the last 7 or 8 months period each time has been better than of them have been great. Doctor Edwards has a fantastic bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable right away for me this is great because I suffer from anxiety disorder and the absolutely alleviated all of the anxiety I had.

The staff is amazing here. The instructor Maria, is very knowledgeable to the teaching of the dental field. I really felt comfortable working with Dr. Edward's . Mrs Darleane is welcoming with any questions or concerns you may have. Will definitely recommend to anyone who's interested in the program!!!

I love Mark Edward's DDS. He is a great dentist, he is knowledgeable and he will take care of your teeth. His staff is extremely professional and very nice. His office manager (Darlene) is amazing, kind, handles the office well, professional and very pretty. I would recommend Mark Edward's DDS for all your dental needs!

I scheduled a cleaning (which I am 100% covered for through my insurance twice a year). Instead, they took x-rays (one panoramic, which my insurance only covers once every 3 years) and looked at my teeth. To my surprise, they told me I would have to come in at a later date for a cleaning. Each visit to their office also comes with a $12 “sterilization” fee which they say is to cover the cost of hand sanitizer, masks, and a temperature check from a $15 laser thermometer. Basically, I showed up for a cleaning but received a bill for a $50 x-ray that wasn’t covered under my insurance and a $12 sterilization fee that was not disclosed to me beforehand.

I suppose it’s my fault for not explicitly asking if the X-ray they decided to take would be covered under my insurance, but it was too late before I realized. I ended up going elsewhere for my dental needs due to these costs not being transparent upfront.

I really appreciate all the knowledge and kindness Dr. Edward and his staff showed me. I have nothing but the upmost respect for the entire team. I'd also like to mention the professionalism shown here as well, I have several missing teeth and they took care of me like I was a part of the family. No one that makes a appointment here will ever be disappointed.

My first visit with Dr. Edwards and his terrific staff was this morning, and I'm quite pleased with the way it went. Felt very welcomed and comfortable, and am anxious to have the extraction I need - I'll know for sure how much I like this guy, after that!!!
