Definitely recommend visiting Care Resource for your health needs. Gueny and Dr. Jean Baptiste were very respectful, professional and compassionate in terms of providing medical assistance and services during my appointment. They were discreet in terms of maintaining privacy and confidentiality as per HIPPA guidelines and from one medical professional to another, it was truly appreciated. Although there’s very limited parking, the building itself is clean (inside and out) and there’s security right up from for added safety/protection. 10/10

I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience has been at Care Resource Dental! Dr. Ortega, along with his assistant Jessica and the front desk check-in person, Danette, make an exceptional team.

Dr. Ortega is not only highly knowledgeable, but he is also incredibly kind and gentle in his approach. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease throughout my visit. His assistant Jessica was equally attentive and compassionate, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the way.

Danette at the front desk welcomed me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick and seamless. She is always punctual and organized, which truly sets the tone for a stress-free appointment.

The level of care, professionalism, and warmth that the entire team provides is unmatched. I am so grateful to have found such a dedicated and thoughtful group of people to take care of my dental health. This place is so amazing !!! fast and very friendly service. Everyone I met made me feel so comfortable. My doctor today was a very sweet Dominican lady I didn’t get a chance to get her name but I hope she’s my permanent doctor . Ms Shelly in the labs department took my blood today and she was super fast and so polite . Another amazing member of the staff here is Ms shaquetta she made me feel right at home my 3 year old daughter came along and she loves them both as well I definitely will stay at this doctors office for some time . Thanks again to the staff .

Kia& Dr Zayas are the best
I checked in and was right on schedule and professionally and throughly given the Best Care Any.which says a lot .I'm 62 and have traveled for work for 30 yrs. So I've seen my share of Doctors offices. I can say that my visit today was as close to perfect as possible. 3rd floor Dental office is the best experience in my life. Dr Manuel Casas the Best dentist I explained my experiences and concerns. He's very caring and let's not forget painless and the assistants all amazing and the front office they work so hard customer service top notch it's really a blessing and I'm so grateful

I recently experienced your practice/clinic for the first time and would like to provide feedback. Whomever is returning calls (maybe a particular office/call center)to patients whom called the main number and requested a call back should not be telling patients to go to the location (Oakland Park) immediately. I did just that, paid 28.00 for Uber, only to be told I have to come back in several hours.
Secondly, Cecil whom works the front desk when you enter the Oakland Park location should not be in the field that he is in. He’s arrogant, extremely rude and obviously uneducated based off of his responses. Maybe instead of being on his Android phone he should be actually working cause at the end of the day he wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for patients.
