I've never had what I'd describe as a bad experience with Dr Jensen or with this clinic. Dr Jensen always takes the appropriate time, and asks if I have any questions or concerns with me. And I always feel like he has concern and compassion for whatever the purpose of my visit was. But most important is he takes the time to discuss treatments and is compassionate. I'd use the word compassionate not just for his patients, but also his ease of talking TO his patients, but not over their heads. I've never had a bad feeling or experience since I have been one of his patients. A very good doctor, for sure!

Very personable! Actually takes the time to ask YOU what you are feeling about what you’re experiencing and doesn’t go off the deep end of what the problem could be making you leave even more worried then when you walked in! They work with you to put a plan of action together, and makes sure you are actually ok with it! And one of the best parts is they DONT SPEAK DR. talk to you to leave you wondering “what the heck does that mean, is it worse than I thought, or should I not worry at all!?” Absolutely would suggest them!!!!!

I had a great experience with the staff and the initial visit Dr. Mark K. Jenson, MD. He was very intelligent and an informative professional. And I would advise any new patients if needed help with locating a physician or a primary. And he made me feel this comfortable just on the initial 1st time visit. So I don’t know exactly what to point out other than he was a very warm inviting and nice person. Five Stars for this facility.

I haven't had a personal doctor beforehand and do to a hand injury I was forced to get . This is were my wife and children go so I figured I would give it a try. I'm one of those that don't like doctors or hospitals and refuse to go unless It's like life or death. But I will say my experience here was great a place like this and how I was treated by the doctor I was blown away by how great I was treated and how they related to a person just something about it I will be happy to go back. Don't think you could ask for a better place.
