I can't recommend Bobby at Mark's Diamonds enough. This review is long overdue but he was incredible to work with as my wife and I designed a custom engagement ring and wedding band set last year.

We had some very specific design criteria for the rings along with including jewels from both sides of the family in the layout. Bobby's communication was great from start to finish on the engagement ring and again with the matching wedding band.

My wife and I really appreciated his open and honest style; presenting all of the options, educating us on the styles, trends, and reasons for certain designs and empowering us to make the best decision without any pressure.

Everyone else was very friendly as well and you can't go wrong by choosing Mark's Diamonds for your wedding ring needs.

Autumn at Mark’s Diamonds was the most helpful and delightful person to work with. She was very knowledgeable, and helped pick out a wonderful diamond. She made sure my fiancées custom ring was designed perfectly in a timeline that met my proposal plans. This was a great experience! Molly was incredibly helpful, and she brought out a band and stone that was exactly what I was looking for. Pricing was much better than the previous jeweler I visited, so I would highly recommend these folks. I will be coming back to Mark's Diamonds to get my wedding bands as well!

HORRIBLE customer service. I went online (5/26/24) to schedule an appointment for a jewelry appraisal. The calendar on the website shows dates/times their appraiser is available (so I assumed they were not on vacation). I received a confirmation of my appointment in the early afternoon, at 1:41 PM. On 5/27/24, my husband and I, with baby, arrived for the scheduled meeting at 10:00 AM today. We were told the appraiser is out for the next 6 days. There was no explanation why they did not call in advance to communicate this. They told us to go somewhere else. Their office is inconveniently located downtown, where you have to pay to park and still walk several blocks due to the busy area. I had to take time off work to come here. Really was looking forward to finding a new go-to jeweler, but these people lack common decency and have no respect for your time.

I have been ring shopping and Mark shot right to the top! It was a great personalized experience! Mark was very nice and very accommodating to get exactly what you are looking for! 20/10 I would recommend Mark and Mark’s Diamonds!
