They’ll hand you a thick stack of papers and ask you to fill them out by hand—basically rewriting your résumé and a mountain of other information. Ask if they can email you those forms so you can fill them out in minutes and save everyone some hassle? Of course not! Their clients don’t deserve that kind of efficiency. And who needs the 21st century anyway, with its fancy digital data solutions? No, let’s burn through a forest’s worth of paper just to toss it in the recycling bin later!

Oh, and if they tell you the interview will take 30 minutes, go ahead and tack on another hour, at least. Or better yet, save yourself the time, the headache, and the comedy of inefficiency—find an agency that actually knows how to operate in the modern world.

Very disappointing. No one answers the phone. I went to the actual place waites 10 mins for someone to answer the door. Then I had an appointment for the next day. Came 5 minutes early the next day for my appointment, and no one is answering the door. I've been trying for 30 minutes, but still no one.

I thought I was a place where you can get help finding a job. Not a place where people don't even do their job. If I could 0 stars.

Recruiter Hena is so rude she don’t know even how to talk with the customer I am surprised that how she would deal with the clients. Never reply back for the email and don’t pick the call. Even she is able to watch us on the camera that we are outside. But she just care about her lunch she said I was supposed to go for my lunch for 2 hours I don’t have time to talk to you. If someone know his boss name please send me contact information I will call him or her. She is very very rude and doing a lot of racism. Her attitude towards us was like we are not the human as she is . Never want see her face in my life again.

Edit: the receptionist got back to me through email she was out sick, the company really should hire a second person to help. She is booking me another appointment so I hope things go differently as this was really discouraging.

Their application online was glitching and wouldn't let me submit (tried on multiple devices). Called a million times wirh no answer, so showed up in person and they refused to open the door. They finally came out and said they're only opening the door for people with appointments and booked me a appointment for the next day. Showed up today, stood outside for 30 mins knocking and calling with no success. Wasted my time and my gas. You're supposed to help people find jobs but can't even do your own job. -_-

The 3rd temp agency I have worked for over the years, and by far the worst! Terrible customer service and they blame their errors on you, if you miss pay that’s on you, just not very professional in my opinion. I currently am employed by them and it will be the last position I take. I do not recommend to anyone.
