We love our neighborhood Grow Financial! I've been banking with them since the 90s. I love the newest branch location. It's always wonderful to see a familiar smiling face like Cynthia that helps with all our banking needs from Mortgage to assisting with questions for our Checking & Savings accounts they always help. Thanks Kimberly, Rory, & Labresha for answering any banking questions we have, we truly appreciate you all!

Jim was fantastic! He has a great personality! He was very professional and willing to assist. I came by twice today. Once was to ask him about Auto loans, and once to apply for an Auto loan. He was very patient and kind both times. He explained everything in terms that I could understand. He was so good that I came back to apply for one. I really appreciate all that he did for me! I even got a Credit card out of the deal!!

Mr. Jim the loan officer was more than helpful, he took my step-by-step on what to do and on when to do it. Jim was Also very friendly and welcoming, and made me feel at ease and not stressed.
If Mr Jim is not the best there, then he’s one of the best. :))

I had an issue where I couldn't get into my account. My home insurance and other bills were not going thru. I went to the branch on 73rd and MLK in north St. Pete. I was directed to Caleb Crawford who not only found the problem within 15 minutes and fixed the issue, he also talked to my insurance company and reran my checks so they were ok. Caleb, thankyou for your assistance and confidence that it would be taken care of. I am going on 35 years with Publix and having management experience, I know about customer service. I would be proud to have you on my team!

Hi, please give your staff a raise ! Your computers were down and they did an awesome job with offering exceptional customer service ! Whatever upper management does for excellence workers : pizza party or gift cards! Do something! Also , please get a coffee maker!
